NASA releases epic trailer for future moon mission [VIDEO]
In anticipation of the launch of the Artemis 2 mission, the space agency NASA released a cinematic trailer – as before the upcoming blockbuster. It is timed to coincide with the imminent announcement of the names of the four crew members who will go to explore the earth’s satellite.
In the trailer, NASA chief Bill Nelson can be heard delivering epic speeches while a heroic soundtrack plays in the background. The Artemis 2 mission will be just as important as the Apollo 7 mission, which launched on October 11, 1968. Apollo 7 was the first crewed flight of the Apollo program, resulting in testing of flight systems in space paved the way for the first moon landing in 1969.
The video itself is preceded by a big announcement on April 3, when NASA and the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) will officially introduce a crew of four for the Artemis 2 mission. Its goal is to launch a manned Orion spacecraft that will fly around the Moon and return to Earth. This should happen next year.

The direct landing of people on the moon is scheduled for 2025 as part of the Artemis 3 mission. By the way, NASA recently showed new spacesuits developed by Axiom Space.
